Ania has over 12 years of experience consulting in the healthcare industry, supporting the design and facilitation of a range of strategic planning and lifecycle management engagements for pharmaceutical clients. Ania has a strong skill-set in tailoring solutions to ensure robust strategy development; her extensive experience includes leading a wide range of portfolio strategy workstreams, evidence generation planning projects and supporting brands to optimize competitor readiness.

Ania joined Align Strategy following her experience as a Consultant as part of Datamonitor’s Phasic Strategy team. Prior to her consulting work, Ania held roles in business development in the biotech sector and conducted oncology research, now published in Nature, for the MIT Koch Institute for Integrative Cancer Research.

Ania holds two degrees from Boston University – an MPH with dual specialization in Health Policy and Management and Pharmaceutical Assessment, Policy, and Management in addition to a BS in Metabolic and Nutritional Sciences.

Outside of work hours, Ania enjoys skiing, exploring new destinations through travel and frequent walks with her (mostly) well-behaved dog, Bruno.
