Adama has over 3 years’ experience working in the healthcare industry. Prior to joining Align Strategy, Adama was a member of the consulting team at Eradigm Consulting, where she gained experience in PRMA strategy, therapeutic product and competitive market landscape analysis, and competitive intelligence in areas including Immunology, Oncology, Neurology, and Virology. Adama started her career as an analyst at Partners4Access, supporting the development of PRMA strategies with a focus on rare disease and orphan drugs. Adama trained as a Pharmacist in Manitoba, Canada, with experience working with patients and other HCPs in both a community and hospital setting.

Adama holds a MSc in Drug Discovery and Pharma Management from the University College London and a BPharm from the University of Manitoba in Canada.

Outside of work hours, Adama enjoys playing board games and football, as well as exploring London’s acclaimed dining scene.
